I tried Imli for lunch for the first time and all I can say is, “Wow”! The atmosphere is very high quality and clean and a bit sexy as are the dining utensils. They bring a large flask of water to each table which I like. I started with the Manchurian chicken wings. The wings were so crispy and yet light and the sauce was a spicy tomato and pepper sauce that was so delicious I almost forgot to order lunch. Best wings I’ve ever had and we have good wings around here. The “combo” lunch was plenty of food. You received some Papadum with some Tamarind sauce and a Pakora filled with creamy peas and toasted cumin seeds I believe. Delicious. I got the Lamb Korma. You have a few different choices of sauces and meats if you go with the lunch special. The food was top notch. The flavors were very delicious with the perfect amount of spiciness, which you can control before hand. I really like this place and it is a different pace from the standard Indian Buffet lunch. I give this a 5 stars for sure!

The food is fabulous! It's such a lovely atmosphere and a huge varied menu. Every one of our 4 dishes were excellently prepared, and bursting with the subtle and not-so-subtle flavors of India! I will definitely return to try other dishes as well!

The atmosphere is so relaxing, good music selection as well. Every server that came to our table was so polite and wonderful. If you like mango you'll like the Mango Lassi. It is creamy, refreshing, and could be a yummy dessert all by itself. The appetizer "Samosa" is a Pastry filled with potato, green peas and cumin seeds fried till golden brown and delectable. The heat level is a little spicy. Also tried the Garlic Naan it was chewy, crunchy, sweet, diced garlic on top which made it so flavorful. The Tandoori Sampler is a wonderful way of trying several of their amazing dishes. All of them were delicious in different ways. The price was very good for the amount of food you get.

This place is lovely! I was sweetly surprised at the classy atmosphere, tasty meal, and friendly staff. Having been born in India, I'm delighted to find a place with a few southern dishes. Highly recommend. Outdoor seating is available.

I went here for my birthday lunch. They easily accommodated our group and were very hospitable. The restaurant is bright and has great decor. The table was set beautifully. They use nice silverware, bowls and plates. The food was really really good. I cant say enough about my lunch today. The staff did a great job serving and checking on us during our visit. My friends that didn't know they liked Indian food really liked it as well. I would give it a 6 star if I could!!! We all had the lunch specials which was a deal and really yummy Chai teas.

We visited Imli Indian Kitchen on a bustling Saturday evening as a party of four. Despite the busy night, we were promptly seated. The restaurant is located on the barrier island, not directly on the beach but right across from it, with plenty of parking available. The first thing I noticed about Imli was its elegant simplicity. The tables were spacious, the ambiance was perfect for conversation, and the staff was extremely courteous and professional. The menu was extensive, well-laid-out, and easy to understand. Although I am new to Indian cuisine, two other members of my party are quite familiar with it and made some great recommendations. I started with a delicious mango cocktail. We also ordered butter and garlic naan, which were tasty, and the onion bhaji for appetizers, which were crispy and well done. My main entree was the Tandoori Chicken, which was excellent. The chicken was moist and nicely cooked, and the yogurt marinade gave it a wonderful kick. Everyone else equally raved about their entrees, which are pictured below. The service was excellent. The servers were courteous, professional, and showed pride in their work. Questions were answered enthusiastically, and they made some excellent recommendations. We were extremely pleased with our visit to Imli and look forward to returning in the near future.

Third time here. Love the food. The place is so clean reminds me of the India restaurants at home. Even had dessert. The sampler is amazing!!!

Right on the beach so very convenient location. Food is of high quality and very good taste. Highly recommend if you love Indian food. I recommend the samosa chaat, mix veg pakora, and the desserts. Staff are professional and give good recommendations. Plenty of parking is available. Slightly on the pricier side, compared to other Indian restaurants in the same area.
